Party Table Modifiers

I've just switched to Party. Eons ago I remember that someone had developed a table overlay for Party which showed pertinent Pokertracker stats above and below a player's name at the table.

Does anybody have a link or have the file for this?

Thank you. I saw this and assumed that it was a pay program. I'll be sure to make a donation once I actually use it.
