Missed opportunites

So I feel that one of my biggest leaks is that I leave too many pots on the table that could be taken down if I could just make myself pull the trigger. This hand from tonight's single rebuy/addon on Stars I feel is pretty representative of this problem. No strong reads on villain, but he and I both had slightly above average stacks at the time. The flop reraise made me worried I was looking at a set or two pair, but that's a pretty weak turn bet he made, and I really feel like I should have have bet into this river. Thoughts?
