Gus Hansens site (PokerChamps) has a small group of players at the nano-limit games as well.

On Ultimate Bet, you can actually play 1c small blind and 1c big blind if you are playing limit poker.

UB has $0.01/$0.01 blind structure on their $0.01/$0.02 games. It makes your stats a little wonky, especially your VPIP from SB.

Also there is no rake on these games and you accrue ultimate points for table time only, so it's useless for clearing bonuses - would take forever anyway!
