Default Party 5/10NL: A7s rivers 4-to the straight on paired board

So I dropped a few buy-ins 4-tabling the 2/4 game on Party and decided to take a go at 1-tabling the 5/10 game. I haven't been at the table for more than a few orbits and make a loose call preflop which results in this check-check runner-runner straight. I put BB on AK preflop/on the flop but was not too sure of my read. What's Hero's best action on river and what do you suspect of BB's hand?

Party Poker No-Limit Hold'em, $10 BB (9 handed) converter

SB ($825)
BB ($414)
UTG ($1000)
Hero ($1866.25)
MP1 ($561.50)
MP2 ($1461)
MP3 ($1049)
CO ($1007)
Button ($1132)

Preflop: Hero is UTG+1 with 7[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img], A[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img]. SB posts a blind of $5.
<font color="#666666">1 fold</font>, Hero calls $10, MP1 calls $10, MP2 calls $10, <font color="#666666">4 folds</font>, <font color="#CC3333">BB raises to $70</font>, Hero calls $70, MP1 folds, MP2 folds.

Flop: ($185) 5[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img], 5[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img], 6[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] <font color="#0000FF">(2 players)</font>
BB checks, Hero checks.

Turn: ($185) 3[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] <font color="#0000FF">(2 players)</font>
BB checks, Hero checks.

River: ($185) 4[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] <font color="#0000FF">(2 players)</font>
<font color="#CC3333">BB bets $100</font>, Hero ???

CALLS. If you raise, you will puke when he 3-bets.

Call looks good. I can't see any worse hands calling a raise except MAYYYYBE a 2, and all better hands 3 bet.

Just checking to see if anyone raises this... obviously he flipped up quads.
