Too weak or just right?
Party 15/30. Villain is a 19/10/2.1 and hasn't done anything too crazy so far.
I get TcTs UTG and raise. Villain calls in MP, blinds fold. Flop: Kd 9h 7d I bet, Villain calls. Turn: 5h I check, Villain bets, I call. River: Qd I check, Villain bets, I fold. |

Re: Too weak or just right?
Tough spot. I'd rather bet the turn, but I can see your reasoning. That said, when you check the turn you induce a bluff from a 9, a 7, a turned heart draw, a diamond draw or of course a king or monster. Since you show weakness by checking twice, I would call the river even though diamonds came. If he's tight, a king or a queen seems less likely since he would reraise, etc. JMHO.

Re: Too weak or just right?
seems like an easy turn bet/call.
i do agree with river play after that card slides off... what can you beat? |

Re: Too weak or just right?
Either bet the turn or checkraise it. Checking is the worst option since you get no info. That being said, unless villain is LAG there's nothing he bets on the river that you can beat.
