Default Raising on River to Prevent Overcalls

Wanted to see what people think of this raise on the river to prevent an overcall from a better hand.

UTG+1 is uber maniac 93/47/2.52, probably has alread dropped 6 buy in's over like 100 hands. I have been gambling it up with him, and have shown down some monsters, and probably have taken almost $100 from him over this time. SB is 30/7/.7, though I didn't have PokerAce at the time. I had him pegged as weak/semi-loose, I thought my table image was good so I thought I could get him to lay down a pair, though not sure if I could get him to lay down the ace. Not quite sure what I was doing on the turn. What about the river? Standard or FPS?

you only raise to prevent overcalls when it is likely you have the first bettor beat, but you're not sure about the ones behind. i'm not sure you have UTG beat. what do you think he had that you were beating? a busted draw? pair of 5s?

Read description of UTG+1 in OP. I think I have him beat at least 50% of the time.

There's 3 higher cards than you. You might get people to fold a T or something, but you are beat a lot here. Raising this river is spewing, even with an amazing read like you have.
