Default Starting Hands in the Blinds, with a twist..

Ok Party 5-10 I am usually tring to sit
right after a loose passive player who limps
and/or Cold calls too much.
typically 50/5/1.00

Scenario A, im in BB and MP player RAises
LP to my right cold calls. What hands
can i call with Now?? its 5:1
Assume raiser is typical 30/20/2.0

Scenario B, I manage to squeeze myself between
two passive players with above LP on my right
40+/10/1.0 on my left
I am in the small blind everyone folds to the
LP on the button who LIMPS. I am getting
4:1 and I am fairly sure that BB is NOT going
to raise what can I call with NOW??

What i am saying is, being out of position
with good odds, how low can I go??
