I've been trying to get better at not just auto betting everything multiway when i don't hit on the flop. Is this standard?

The table is full of donk calling stations...so i'm not folding anyone. any value in betting this flop??

Looks like CO may have been checking to let you lead since you raised PF. Then he can come around and value raise the flop. You didn't bet out so he did on the turn.

You have very marginal hand in draw heavy board with 2 overcards. There are 5 players in pot. Betting flop is bad mistake. Take free card.

You couldn't play it any better

Btw, you shouldn't put how the river went as you folded on the turn IMO
