Oops. I went with Eastern time, weekdays (it's the wee hours of the morning Eastern on weekends).

i went by EST & think 5p-12a is the best (more like 5p-3a EST) bc thats when the most people are logged on (b/t 60k-80k ). i figure my best target is the just got home from work fish and find party rockiest during the normal bizness day/

The tables seem more Laggy in the afternoon/evening, but I have more success in the mornings. Go figure.

9pm - 11pm to fine tune it more. eastern time
