Get aggressive or just quit?
Short and sweet.
MP3 is lag bordering maniac postflop, although he likes to see cheap flops. Is it worth going to war? Re: Get aggressive or just quit?
I'd say quit. you say he's a maniac so he may raise/reraise several betting rounds and refuse to fold to your aggression leaving you in a difficult spot. If you rlly want to take him on id wait till you have a pocket pair or an ace.

Re: Get aggressive or just quit?
Easy fold, you literally have nothing, not even an overcard. The pot is small. He bets the flop, indicating he likely has something. Easiest fold so far this week.
