Party Poker No-Limit Hold'em Tourney, Big Blind is t30 (10 handed) converter
MP2 (t297) MP3 (t2280) Hero (t1850) Button (t3273) SB (t448) BB (t2026) UTG (t2765) UTG+1 (t4135) UTG+2 (t885) MP1 (t2195) Preflop: Hero is CO with Q[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img], 7[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img]. I don't know if the correct term is "semi-bluffing" in this situation... but I used it because I may be able to get a better hand to fold, but not to get the best hand to fold. However, should I just check because it's unlikely that a worse hand will call? If I bet less than 500 here, maybe I'll get 66 or KcQc to call, but then Ac8c would also call. |

Re: Semi-bluffing the river?
check. it looks like he was on a club draw, but why waste chips if he has a J or an 8

Re: Semi-bluffing the river?
If you think you will win with a check, then check. Not? Then raise.
