Default Final table; 99 in SB

Final table, 9 left. Blinds 1,500/3,000. I am in 5th place with about 32,000 chips after posting.

I have 99 in SB. UTG (6,000 chips less than me) limps. Everyone else folds. Push?

Also, would the answer be any different if blinds were 2,000/4,000?

Depends on your read on UTG. Is it likely he has a big pair? Has he been limping? Have others been limping?

Final table just started about 3 hands before. 1 hand was a push by a small stack, who got called and lost, another was a successful blind steal, another was SB vs BB. So it was too early to have a feel for the table.

Also, this was the first time I had UTG at my table, so no reads. I thought he might be limping with a good but not great hand, because he wanted to get a feel for the table before throwing down a big chunk of his stack.
