Limit Tournament
1) I'm thinking of purchasing Sklansky's "Tournament Poker for Advanced Players" Is this book applicable for Limit tournaments? I see it is recommended in the NL tournament section of Miller's "Getting Started in Hold'em"
2) Also, how would playing at a six person table differ than full in a multitable limit tournament?
