Anyone feel that gaming industry positions in both Vegas and AC will fill more rapidly as a result of Biloxi/Gulfport/Etc being non-existant. Also, will "professional gamblers/poker players" in the those towns undoubtedly pack up and seek refuge in Las Vegas?

Tunica will see an increase, although the coast had the advantage of "other stuff to do if you get sick of the casinos".
From what I hear the casinos are going to demand to be allowed to build inland or not come back to the Mississippi coast. |

I heard they made 1/2 mil a day apiece for the state, so no way they're not coming back -
it'll be interesting to see if they get their way or not on the boats - RB |

half-million in tax-revenue from all mississippi casinos per day.
i am assuming that this also includes the tunica casinos. it was certainly NOT half-million PER casino. |
