Help With Poker Software

I know about pokerstat which i believe only works with paradisepoker. What other poker software is out there that tracks your hands etc. and what sites do they work with... specifically programs that work with sites other than paradise poker.

I use pokertracker with PokerStars. It's been a big help to my game. It also supports Paradise, Party and Empire.
