Default Hand selection and strategy against two LP blinds

Ok, you sit down at Party 3-6 6 max. The two clowns seated to your left are both 60%/3% and like to call raises when they're on the blinds. They frequently call early raises with poor hands. They will both call down any pair or draw (often folding a missed draw on the river), seldom check-raise, and over value a pair of aces.

1) If you're on the button and it's folded to, what hands are you going to call, raise or fold with?

2) What about if you're UTG?
