Default It\'s time... 54,000 hands \'breakeven\'.

After running at 3bb/100 4-tabling 10/20 6-max for I think it was 90k hands I jumped up to 15/30 and 20/40. Okay so it started bad, I think my first 10k hands at the 20/40 short tables went not so optimal.

Took me a while to get used to the crazyness. But now, the last 20-30k hands I feel like i'm playing good. I've gone through hands with a few people whos games I respect.

My graph is here.

My handle is as you can see 'garbaegman', if you've seen me play i'd really appreciate some feedback.

My stats are here. (Average player is ~6 over these hands)

Something this stretch has made me realize is how you think tilt isn't a problem, well... It took me awhile to really be able to just close the tables when it goes down the drain. In the beginning as I said, I think I played sub-optimal.

For example when I 'tilt' I might 3-bet a draw that I shouldn't or calldown too liberally, although when I do that I know what I did and I close the tables down. You just have to play good I guess. I really feel like i'm playing good now, although there's always room for improvement and this stretch of hands is really messing with my head.

My went to sd is low, I don't know why. It could be a bad run, i've certainly never had this amount of bad luck. But what do I know, my emotions might be clouding my judgment. That is why I am posting here.

I'm almost always playing 2 fullring tables and 2 short, lately I play alot of just 2 short tables and concentrate on my image, on the players etc.

My position stats are here.

That's all for now...

Thanks

Wow, and I thought I had the record? No one has seen me play or has comments on my play?

One thing I've noticed, you're fairly aggro on the flop, which is fine, but you're not going to showdown like I'd expect you too. For someone whos raising a lot and probably getting heads up/3 way, I think you need to start showing down more hands. Your won at showdown is quite high, maybe you can balance that and squeze some more dollars.

You'll need to post exact hands though to work that stuff out.

You are absolutely correct, my went to sd is something i've been working on for some time now. I have some problems getting it over 35%, working on it though.

Anything else? ;-)

Your W$WSF is high along with your W$SD. You would think that things were going well. My last 10,000 hands I am also about even and my W$WSF is higher then normal and W$SD is the same. It is something that I don't understand fully.
Is it just random variance that everytime you have a big hand everybody just folds?

Back in my horse racing days your whole season would boil down to your 3 biggest cashes. Would poker be the same? Every 10,000 hands you need those 5-6 big pots to get you a decent winrate?

Just some random ideas about variance. I don't know if any are actually relevant.

I don't play anywhere near your level, but the loss out of the SB seems high. The BB loss seems fairly normal, but the SB loss seems .04-.07 higher than I've seen for many other "winning" players posts.

Again, I play 1/10th the stakes you do though.

That's mindblowing, IMO. Crazier than Boss Hog on Candy.
