Bison hand converter/Empire ring game

Does anyone know how to make Bison's hand converter work for an Empire ring game? I searched for other posts, and the advice (not sure if it included for Empire) was to take "Texas" out of the title, which I did but it still didn't work. Thanks.

U mite have to use the HH from PT not the emailed version.
