Fishy raise on bubble
sorry still am not having luck getting these hh's tweaked to work in the converter... anyway, the raiser has been getting lots of nice hands. In the past hands he has been limping into hands or minraising and winning at the ends showing ak's, etc... So when I was dealt 66 I was waiting for a big raise by him and got one! So I called.

Your thought process is terrible. He's big stack, he wants to take over table, and because of the two other short-stacks, your range should be tighter than it should. Still, I have to think that it's profitable to get it in here if he's raising 50% of hands, and he should be.
Taking a 50/50 flip would be terrible here with two other short stacks, and 66 isn't just a dominating favorite.

It depends, as always, I haven't run ICM on it, but I think big stack has to be raising a lot for you to call here. I think folding is a very valid decision, as his raise really isn't at all different from a push.

That's a terrible call, even if he's raising literally any 2 cards it's still solidly unprofitable.
The main reason why calling here with 66 is bad is that there's a guy who has way fewer chips than you do. Take a thousand off the big stack and give it to the shortie, and calling with 66 becomes profitable if big stack is still pushing any 2. As it is, SNGPT has it at -1.7%. Even with the 1000 chip switcharoo, it's not a HUGELY profitable call (+0.6%). Another important consideration is the size of the blinds. The blinds are small enough that if you fold you still have plenty of folding equity; they are also small enough that they don't create much of an overlay. I think this is a VERY clear fold. I wouldn't even call with 99 or TT against most opponents.
