no. without a read i save a bet on the river.
obviously you won this one and were shown KJ or QJ or something but it doesn't negate the fact that a c'r means an A or a flush draw an overwhelmingly large % of the time. at the same time, however, a player ive never seen before and know nothing about will usually get that last river bet from me. -Barron |

Dcfr- you contradicted yourself, i think! Your first sentence says that w/o a read, you will save the bet. But your last sentence says you will pay off an unknown! Which is it?

I got a little confused on barrons post as well. Dude had AJ. What kind of stats on a player would you need to fold this? Just not be a maniac? standard aggresion players its a fold on the river? yay, nay?
