2 more stud 8 hand where i\'m going hi.. too aggro?
you tell me. sometimes I think i get a bit laggy, but i'm not sure if this hand is one of them. too aggro, or just right?

I think you displayed an appropriate level of aggression on the first hand, except that you really should bet the river. The other guy has checked to you. He probably doesn't have a low and will likely pay you off with a worse high. If he check-raises you, so be it.
On the second hand, I would probably take the free card on sixth. No one is going anywhere. I'd be concerned about the guy with open Sevens. Unless he has 86 in the hole (which is about the only thing that makes sense), he probably has two pair. And even if he "only" has 86, he has a bunch of outs against you. The low draw may have some high potential as well. I don't think you have enough equity to push this one any harder.
