Default Looking for a post to help me interpret pokertracker

I tried a search on this forum. I'm sorry if this is a repeated post.

I don't play on line, but I am considering it. I see a lot of players post their stats. Is there a post or a FAQ that helps newbies interpret their stats and decipher the abbreviations?

Thanks.

Go to www.bet-the-pot.com and look on the left hand margin for the pokertracker guides.
