Default river bet or no?

I'm having trouble deciding whether or not I should be betting this river. I have only been at the table for an orbit or so and have no real reads at this point. Any suggestions on the rest of the hand are welcome as well.

Party Poker $2/$4 Texas Hold'em 9 handed

Hero is EP3 with A [img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] 3 [img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img]

2 folds, Hero calls, 2 folds, c/o calls, button calls, SB completes, BB checks.

5 to the flop of:
K [img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] 2 [img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] Q [img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] (5 SB)

SB checks, BB checks, Hero bets, c/o calls, button calls, SB calls, BB folds.

4 to the turn of:
A [img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] (4.5 BB)

SB checks, Hero Bets, c/o folds, button raises, SB folds, Hero calls.

2 to the river of:
3 [img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] (8.5 BB)

Hero bets, button raises, Hero calls.

Final pot: 12.5 BB

Looks fine.

I thought about a c/r, but getting 3-bet would suck. You also don't want it to get checked through if you have the best hand.

I'm gonna go ahead and guess that he had JT, but you beat enough other hands that might take his line too, so I bet and call the raise.

Looks fine, button may have JT but worse hands will pay off a bet

Fold preflop

Fold preflop

If you're at 2/4 and the game is such that you can't limp with this pre-flop, then you need to switch tables.
