question on signing up to multiple party skins

I have accounts on party and empire.

I've been told I need to use a different computer to sign up on intertops. Would sign up work if I use my roomates computer? I used mine for party, our router is in her room.

It will work as long as your roomate has never installed any party/skins software on their computer.
