I'm on Empire, how can I get on another one

I have been Sitngoing on Empire.

I would like to start on another party skin or start Empire on a different name with the same neteller. Is this possible?

I signed up on another name with Interpoker but upon depositing with, I believe, a bank account checking, it deposited the money directly to my Empire account. This startled me, am I ok to use Inter or Poker now or Party perhaps with a rakeback as long as I use neteller? My understanding is that it's ok even if I use the same name.

Also which site has highest rake back, and where would I search to find this.
