pokertracker won't read hand histories automatically

I may have overlooked something but I did a search for every relevant keyword I could find and came up with nothing. I'm running PT and PA HUD and I have to tell PT to import my HH's every few minutes to get up to speed on the table I'm at and to keep up when new players sit down. I have the timer set to different values from 1 to 5 minutes and it doesn't seem to work very often.

Occasionally it will get some hands but oftentimes it will go for an hour and just keep saying no new hand histories found after the timer fires. If I close that window and open it again it will force import all the hands that have taken place while it was telling me I had no new hand histories.

Any help would be great.

Got it all figured out. Quick reply from e-mail to the folks at pokertracker told me to check the "my pc does not update time stamp" box. Works like a charm now.
