Default Pot Limited... more value at higher val?

been watching/playing alot of pot limited games and it seems like they're alot looser. I guess what I'm asking is I havn't seen really any hands pl posted here... does that mean there is less skilled players playing or simply that nl holds more value. I see bigger pots on draws and alot more big turn/river bluffs... so much so I almost think its +ev to just call down with the nuts, 2nd,3rd nuts everytime (again limited of hands)... I'm down right now... 120bb but very few hands any help on the basics?

and or good book?
