Originally I was trying to take it down preflop. I thought he would fold to my call-reraise since his hand range is large for a $90 raise and I have a tight image. When he called and I saw the flop I gave up and was prepared to fold to a bet. I got my free card and tried to make a bet he would see as a stab at the pot. It worked and he raised the pot, but now I'm concerned that I'm behind in the hand. I thought a reraise allin would knock out everything I'm beating and get called only by a flush.

I called and bet all-in into him on the river (~$2100). I honestly didn't know how to play this river, I figrued he would probably check behind me, I don't think he'd try to bluff the river after I called the turn. I wasn't going to fold so I figured maybe he would talk himself into a call with some sort of 2pair. I feel like I misplayed the hand, even though he folded to my river bet.

By just calling on the turn Hero allows himself to get outdrawn (3 clubs on board and str poss). The pot is 4100 and hero has 2100 behind. I think itīs big enough to take down and since hero is going allin on river he might as well do it on the turn. Almost certainly hero is not going to get called by anything that he beats, but hero isnīt going to be called on the river by something he beats either. So allin on turn!

Fold or push on turn, personally, I fold to turn raise.
