How do you play these ladies out of position?
This is on prima so have to do it by hand (very passive table with many to the flop):
I'm dealt Q[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] Q[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] in SB 2 MP limpers, I raise, BB calls, limpers call Flop: 4[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] K[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] A[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] I bet, they all call. Turn: 7[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] I bet, BB folds, other 2 call. River: 5[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] I bet, 1 limper calls, other folds. On the flop I thought I'd try and represent A big A or K. Hmm, that didn't work out. On the turn I pick up the flush draw, and therefore continue a semi-bluff. No good. With nobody stepping up I bet out again on the river thinking there was a good chance I was still good. |

I think river bet might be risky (You haven't folded any Ks or Aces that are out there yet, no reason to think they'll fold to this brick) but the rest looks good to me...
I dunno, is the river bet a value bet or a "hope they'll fold" bet? |

Re: How do you play these ladies out of position?
I think I check/call the turn, and check/fold a non-heart river (which I'd bet). Once you bet the flop and they all call, it's quite possible that any one of those clowns is calling with trash, but against 3, it's highly likely that one of them is holding something that has you whooped, and they're not going away. I like check/calling the turn because I'd really hate to have to put in two bets with a hand that's almost certainly behind if someone hit a (hopefully non-nut) flush, two pair, or slowplayed set. Hell, there's even an off chance you'll get a free card.

Re: How do you play these ladies out of position?
I can't see much point in a river bet. Check/call, check/fold, both ok, depends on the players. I probably check/call the turn, with 3 callers here I don't think I have the best hand very much.

Re: How do you play these ladies out of position?
Am I the only one who just drops this straight away on the flop? AKx flops with QQ are just awful to deal with, and with three donks coming along the odds of one of them having an A or a K is too high.

Re: How do you play these ladies out of position?
Check/Call and Leading are both OK on this turn card I think. Altough not much action will be expectd if you do hit your runner. Check/folding the river is the only sensible move here.
