Default my new house

I just had my offer accepted for a new place. It's a middle townhouse (condo) which isn't ideal, but everything else is excellent. It was priced to move, maybe worth $40k or $50k more than I paid for it, and it has all the amenities a single guy could want...

Hot tub

Fireplace

Little kitchen

Huge finished basement for poker with a steam shower and sauna

Thanks to everyone who provided all the mortgage advice!

Congrats, Bulldog. BTW, nice choice putting wind chimes over the hot tub - chicks dig wind chimes. (I wonder how long before that hottub photo shows up...)

Looks nice! You'll have to replace that column with a brass pole, but otherwise.... Any hot neighbors? We'll expect pics of them soon.
