Default TPNK in the BB

I never know what to do in these BB situations. I have top pair, crap kicker. Villian seems pretty decent, hasn't played too much up to this point.

Well, I might lead and shut down, but checking is ok.

I think I either raise to t300 and fold to any more resistance, or I call and bet t250 on the turn. I think I like the second line better.

I raise alot in your position with nothing and most of the time they fold. If not Im done with the hand and Id probally do the same with your hand. Id probally raise to 300 and see what happens on the turn and go from there if it gets that far. I also like the call and bet the turn.
