Won$WSF too high?
Over my last 20K hands at 5/10 my Won$WSF is above 46 (other SD stats: 36/51) and I wonder if this indicates that the fish pay me off too rarely - that I am too easy to read and they lay down correctly too often.
What are your numbers? What is a normal number? |

Re: Won$WSF too high?
That's pretty darn high for 5/10. Start bluffing more and/or work on your table selection.

Re: Won$WSF too high?
Mine is about 40% over a massive number of hands. I suspect that you are probably getting to the showdown too little or running extremely well. It could also be that I see way more flops than you and therefore I my hands are weaker on average so they win less often at the showdown. My vpip is between 27% and 28%.

Re: Won$WSF too high?
I'm playing 10/20. VPIP is 26.71%. This is over 250,000 hands. Won $WSF = 40.55. Other SD stats are 40.44/49.79.

Re: Won$WSF too high?
A general question brought on by this thread, do people find that W$WSF is a useful stat in making a quick and dirty determination whether you are running well/bad or playing well/poorly over any reasonable number of hands?

Re: Won$WSF too high?
I have always had a much higher WWSF than what seems to be average on this forum. It's a difference in playing style I guess, typically my WWSF has been 45.5, my WSD 41 and W$SD 49.5.
Since I've started playing better my WWSF has stayed about the same (a little higher atm) and my WSD has dropped significantly, and my W$SD has increased, of course. I've been doing a lot better than average as of late though, so these last numbers probably mean very little to nothing. |

lol. only a 2+2er could turn this into a bad thing. you guys need to stop worrying about stats so much. |
