under 21
im 20 years old and am going out to california today, last summer i played in a casino out there and they didnt check my id, i am wondering if they were to check me after a few hours of play, would they confiscate my winnings or just kick me out and let my leave with them?

One of my buddies got caught playing underage in A.C. They let him keep his winnings but fined him an amount almost equal to the amount he had. They took him to a back room, straight out of "Casino," and he thought he was gonna get the hammer. After the dust settled he got into some pretty big trouble and they told him the next time he is caught, he's going to be given a minimum of 90 days in jail. I think he got really unlucky though and most of the time they will usually just make you cash-out and leave.

You need to get an ID. Most of the card clubs dont card but you should just have it for security. Chances are the casino wont give you any trouble unless you're playing for the highest stakes they have there. They dont really lose anything from you playing poker there so must casinos have pretty loose ID checks for poker players.

i dont know how it is in Cali but I have been going to AC since I was 17.
Dont be loud, dont be stupid, dont argue, and if someone asks you for ID and you dont have one tell them you leave your wallet at home because you dont want to go to the ATM and get more $. Then get fa cuck out of there.
