Default OH8 Tourney Hand @ Orleans

Monday 8/b Tournament at the Orleans with rebuys a few weeks back. Table is typical loose, though a fair amount of raising on every street, hardly any reraises or checkraises, mostly calling stations.

10 minutes into the 2nd level, my stack is about 550, blinds were 15/30 (very loose structure, blah), I limp in MP 10-handed with AQJT, AQs. Folds to the blinds, who complete and check.

Flop comes Q95 one of my suit, blinds check, I bet a pretty good flop for my high hand with TPTK and an OESD, only the BB calls. He's an old guy, seemed to be limping a lot of hands preflop, calling passively a lot.

Turn is J, and he leads out. I promo-raise and he 3-bets. What's my move? I have a bad feeling he chased some silly gutshot thinking I was bluffing and spiked it with some junk like T8xx in his hand. Does anyone cap here or just call? What's my line for the river if it's a rag that doesn't fill me or complete my straight draw?
