Default neuro-linguistic programming

what do you psychology guys think of this? my dad swears it's helped him become a much better futures trader. i figure if that's actually the case then it could be very valuable for teaching oneself to overcome tilt, always play your A game, etc.

i don't really know much about it, but i'll probably take a look at a book he's given me pretty soon.

It's not the miracle pill it's often proclaimed to be. But parts of it are very effective. We are to a large degree ruled by language.
