Default An interesting 20/40 hand I observed

I spent the weekend at Foxwoods playing a mix of 4/8, 5/10 and 10/20 and watching Klepton et al. play 20/40 and the following hand came up. The BB is new to the table and is wearing a cowboy hat.

Preflop: Klepton is CO with Q[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img], J[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img]. MP3 and Klepton post a $20 blind.
Folded to MP3 who checks his post, Klepton raises, cnfuzzd calls in the SB, the BB calls, MP3 folds.

Flop: (7.00 SB) 2[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img], 3[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img], 6[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img]. (3 players)
cnfuzzd bets, BB raises, Klepton calls, cnfuzzd calls.

Turn: (6.50 BB) 9[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] (3 players)
cnfuzzd checks, BB checks, Klepton bets, cnfuzzd raises, BB thinks and calls, Klepton 3-bets, cnfuzzd caps, BB thinks and calls, Klepton calls.

River: (18.50 BB) K[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] (3 players)
cnfuzzd bets, BB raises, Klepton....

I don't think he can fold a huge pot with the 4th nuts, and I don't think his raise will accomplish anything, so I'd call.

SWEET! I love being wrong.

Is it possible that villain is raising with a lower flush?

Can you explain?
