yes and then i usaully feel like i have to go again but rarely do because i don't want to be later for work than i already am. then it usually goes away until lunch.

and actually i lied i rarely poop at lunch. but sometimes i'll think about it.

Only when my system is perfectly regular, which doesn't happen unless I eat a ton of fiber. Often it happens after my first substantial meal of the day, though, and that's often lunch.
