Default Only Breaking even on Party Poker

okay, so i have been playing on party poker for quite sometime now and have only managed to break even. Using Poker Tracker:

I have played about 400hrs, and 50k hands.
I run a tight game, on 4 tables with a vpip of about 15-16, and a pre flop raise % of 6. My Aggression Factor is about 2.55 when not including preflop numbers, and 1.3 with them included. I have played other sites such as pokerroom and ultimate bet and have shown immediate profits and also long run winnings. Any ideas on why after 50k hands I am only breaking even?

Slightly confused. Thanks

You probably have a lot of work to do regarding your post-flop play. Poker isn't easy; you can't be a winning player by just memorizing preflop starting hand recommendations and hoping everyone else sucks.

Statistically - your VP$IP is low, your PFR is low and, comparatively - to those previous two stats, your AF is high.

It looks that you're taking the tight/aggressive cliche a bit "over-the-edge". I'm guessing you could find places to call more. Not every hand is a raise or fold situation. I'd be interested to see your WSD% and W$SD% (I'd predict that you're WSD is < 30% and your W$SD% is > 55%).

try 2-tabling for a day. sometimes party can be too fast, too disorienting. also, party is a table-selection heaven, but you've got to realize where you are sitting. if the table is tight, it's time to sit out.

Thanks for the info. You got me pegged. What approximate #'s should i be looking for as far as WSD, and W$SD? I realize this alone isnt the problem, just curious. Thanks again.

If you haven't already done so, try reading the Microlimits FAQ. There are some really good explanations of "typical" range PT stats in there with some great insight into what's important and whats not.

Good Luck. Welcome to the forum.

I'd say you CAN be a winning player with this formula, you just have to have your hopes come true.
