Default RAZZ Question

Hi i have a question about the rules of razz. I know that flushes and strights dont count at razz but what about pairs or sets. Here is an example (A,A,3,4,5) (A,2,4,5,6) which hand would be bigger from this example. I'm really confuse with what do do with pairs and sets so i hope someone can help me out on this problem thanks

I'm pretty sure pairs count against you. 6,5,4,2,A is the winning hand.
