I'm not sure here but I would normally fold this, depending on reads of course... against some players I would push others I would fold.. What does he Min. raise with?

Note that villian should not fold preflop with because he's getting very close to 2:1 (700 to win 1375).

Yup, I really can't abide by the fold preflop, when it's 150 into a 300+75+150 = 525 pot, seems insane to me when you have a half decent hand that has very good chance to become the best hand, or at least a strong draw on the flop.
