Is this a standard 3-bet for everyone? Is it weak to fold preflop here?

Without an outrageous read on Villain (I mean really outrageous) I dump this in a heartbeat unless I have an image that will strike the fear of God into the table by three-betting (that would be very unusual).

I'd also three-bet if my pattern mapper informed me that I would river a straight flush, though.

Turns out I probably missed a few bets here (maybe not). Villain has a case of FPS in a bad way, and I felt I could see him chuckling on the river. (BTW - this is an instance of a strong hand getting aggressive on the flop and checking on the turn -- a phenomenon someone else posted a thread about not too long ago and about which I commented that I don't see it as often as others:

A few nights ago I had this guy on my left in 5-10

100 hands 98% VPIP 76% PFR 70+WSD 3.0 Agg

I ended up losing for the session, but fun none the less.
