If you are talking about .25/.50 you can actually clear AP reload bonuses at these levels...slow but possible.

Better yet try sportingbet.com and all of their friends such as celebpoker.com, casino.net,canbet.com .
They all share the same crappy players with a monster VPIP at the micros.
PLUS they are one of the few sites I know of that you can clear solid bonuses at (for the extreme micros).

EDIT: by extreme micros i mean .05/.10 and by solid bonuses I mean $100 after 500 hands you contribute $ in.
Probably the best bonuses for the smallest stakes (even though their "bonus policy" says it has to be cleared at $1/2 it clears at ANY limit just the same).

I did Sportingbet a couple of months ago. Deposited $10 and played .05/.10 LIM. It takes a lot of play to get the bonus though. You must contribute to the pot, see the flop, and when I did it the pot had to reach $1 for it to count as a raked hand. If you post a blind and fold preflop it doesn't count. After 100 raked hands you get $30 of the bonus and then after another 400 raked hands you get the additional $70. Most of the games I played would average 7 or 8 people seeing a flop.
