Default KQo button with limper

$20 on UB. Blinds 50/100. Frequent limper limps in 5th position. I have KQo and T1600 on button. Average stack 2700. Should I fold, limp, raise, or push?

I think blinds and limper all had me covered.

what are his calling standards like... ie does he limp frequently and then fold to a raise often?

Initially this feels like a good time to squeeze him and Jam, but its devoid of some info.

Generally, I'd raise 3.5-4.5 BB here. Pushing is too much with your stack.
