Default How do I find the good tables?

What is the best way to search for a good table or tables?

I play on party and mostly look for the tables w/ the biggest pots, since they dont show flop percents. Is this a good method or should I use pt's gametime on different tables and go for the one's w/ the highest VPIP%.

Biggest pots, high VPIP, low PFR are usually good.

I like tables with several really bad players (3 or more) regardless of pot size, VPIP or PFR.

Biggest pots can be misleading, you could get yourself into a LAGfest. If that's your cup of tea, cool. I've found a few minutes of GT+ running before I sit to be a much more reliable indicator of the texture of play.

Is there an easy way to do this with GT+? Or is the only way to pick a player at the table and set it up using their name? This gets really tedious for multiple tables.

Yes, it does add an extra step or two. That's the only way I have thought to do it. I don't know if it will work if you sit at a table and deal yourself out. Anyone?

Is there a tutorial anywhere explaining how to use the gametime feature of PT? I'm not exactly sure what it does or how to use it.
Thanks.

If you are auto-importing hands into PT, you can open the GT window and then, under "preferences", load the table you are currently on.
