Watch Final Table Live???

I heard something from someone else about how you could watch the final table live on pokerstars and from someone else how this would prolly be impossible as no one is allowed to watch the final table but friends and family. Can anyone please clarify? And if you can will it just be setup as a tourney on PokerStars or will it be somewhere online?
