Trouble with signature

You're probably using IE, right? Well Spyware infests IE and messes with your infopop settings.

You may need to reinstall windows. This has been happening a lot to people with spyware / virus problems.

IMPORTANT!!!!!!Remember to save your important documents before you reinstall.

Happened to me a while back. I had to reinstall windows and it has worked since
