Better All-star break NBA or MLB

clearly MLB. The game alone is really the only all-star game from all the major sports worth watching. The HR derby, when it is good, is the best extra event, with the dunk contest being a close second, when someone like Carter tears it up. But that happens what, every 10 years or so? 3 Point contest blows.

I think the dunk contest would be alot better if the judges would not give every single dunk high scores. OR at least what till after the first round to give out 10s.

i like to watch the rookies vs. sophomores game. they seem to take it a little more seriously than the real all-stars do. but yeah the 3-point contest and skills contests are lame.

The rookies vs. sophmore game is good, but its like the all-star game, except that the players care a little more. No one plays D, and it usually is one on one, alley-oop garbage. Atleast in the actual All-Star game, when AI breaks someones ankle, you know that he is breaking an ALL STARS ankle, and not some late 1st round pick that is having a decent 1st year.
