Default Phil Hellmuth showing up late

I know its his style but does anyone else think its just stupid to give away $550 chips for no reason?

There is quite a bit of Hellmuth's antics that are stupid. Just another way to get attention.

The alternative is to sit in a cramped chair, competing with thousands of other people for breathing room, the line to the restroom, service, peace, comfort, and on.

Showing up on time also gives you a chance to lose it all, or if you're smart and lucky, maybe win 500 chips. Whippy skip.

I think a couple extra hours of sleep are a good investment. I'm no fan of Phil's antics but I don't consider this one to be a sin.
