Do you want him to fold or do you want him to keep bluffing? There are 3.5 BB in the pot right now. If you call he might bluff the turn and the river and give you another 2 BB for his 6-outer. Of course if he has a seven or AA/KK you get killed. Also any flush draw not involving a five has 15 outs and is about equal in pot equity. I doubt he open-completed with an ace or king but you never know.
