The only hand that you are losing to in your hand range is AA and that is unlikely considering how the betting went down so I would call.

i can't see him flat calling the flop bet if he has K's - 10's, he has to raise to see where he's at (if he's a good player). i would put him on any Ace, or he could be making a move with total garbage, depending on what you've noticed about him
